Je recommande vivement BDC Confort et Monsieur De Carvalho. Il a été extrêment réactif et très à l'écoute (intervention le lendemain de sa première visite dû à l'urgence de notre situation là où d'autres entreprises nous ont fait attendre des jours, sans intervention au final). Il a rapidement répondu à notre demande et a pris le temps de nous expliquer les options disponibles. Le travail qu'il a réalisé est propre et de très bonne qualité, fait avec soin et professionnalisme (il a pris le temps de m'expliquer ce qui le bloquait dans son travail et a au final trouvé une excellente solution), la buanderie était plus propre à son départ qu'à son arrivée, ce qui témoigne du soin apporté à son travail. J'ai aussi apprécié son honnêteté : il cherche des solutions sans forcer la vente de pièces inutiles et lorsque des pièces se sont trouvées nécessaires à la bonne réalisation de l'intervention, il a insisté pour ne pas nous les facturer !! Un grand merci à BDC Confort et à Monsieur De Carvalho pour cette qualité de service et ce professionnalisme. Nous referons appel à vos services sans hésiter et vous recommanderons autour de nous.
